RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds will be given for any prepaid event ticket purchased by a vetted guest until the close of business (4pm EST) the day that prepay closes (72 hours or 3 days prior to the event) no questions asked.
In Order To Obtain a Refund:
You must contact us directly at if you wish to obtain a refund for your ticket.
Please make sure you do so prior to the close of business for the event: 4pm EST three days prior to the event.
After that time any event fees paid will be transferred to a future event of your choice. No refunds will be given after the close of business or for Elite membership fees or any other items. We cannot refund any reservation fees for hotels as they are a separate entity from NJ Premier Party Group.
If you purchase a ticket prior to being vetted we will not guarantee entry nor will we provide a refund because you failed to read all the of the invitation and disclosures about our event group. To be vetted contact with a current face picture with you holding a piece of paper with your email address on it, your first name, age and a phone number we can contact you at in case we wish to speak with you directly.
Refunds will not be issued to any patron who fails to follow any of our group rules prior to any event, during any event which excludes them from participating. Please see our website for a full list of rules and guidelines:
